I had a great experience with Advanced Custom Renovations from start to finish. From my initial consultation with James through project completion, everything was clear, organized, and well managed. James did an excellent job walking me through the process, timeline, and what to expect. While I sourced many of the materials myself, he was available when I needed input, and his initial estimates were impressively accurate, even down to tile quantities. Once the project began, things really stood out. The work started within the expected window, and there was consistent progress every day until completion. Keith, the project manager, was outstanding. He communicated clearly about who would be at the house and when, which made the entire process feel smooth and predictable.

We decided to go with ACR for our bathroom remodel after getting 4 quotes. Ultimately because we trusted that they will do the best job after meeting James. For most of the scheduling we worked with Stella and she was amazing. Keith was the project manager that communicated with us while the renovation was taking place and we were traveling. He did an amazing job with providing timely updates and photos.
